They've cancelled the fllood watch. They don't have a winter storm warning (and this is warning criteria as far as I'm concerned) nor do they even have a winter weather advisory out. Are they in a dungeon or something. Do they have a phone to call folks with. Meanwhile back in the real world the sleet blizzard goes on, with more and more drifting sleet as winds get to 40mph. Temp is 25.8 here. One way or another this is a big QPF bust and some of those upstate snow forecast totals will bust badly.
Here's the comical language from Mt Holly:

Ice, makes no sense at all by Mount Holly. Stefano tells me he just got off the phone with the lead met at Mount Holly and the guy told Nick at Wantage to expect 2"/hr snowfall rates soon when it converts to snow. BTW, observations are all over the place and crazy -- a few examples: It's 25 at Mount Pocono PA, 12.5 here is West Miilford, snow/sleet mix at Lake Wallenpaupak PA, snowing in northeast Philly, Wantage back and forthe between snow and sleet. Toss any conventional weather thinking with this one. Just have to nowcast the rest of the day.

Robbbs - Have you ever sen a storm like this? A 200+ wide and long area of sleet is unheard of. I never have seemn anything like this before and the surface temps make it even more extreme..
