i've seen 2 posts saying it turned back to snow in the lancaster area of PA. that's a good sign. we just need that to keep moving east while that big blog of moisture over eastern PA pivots. for the first time today it seems like it's happening. let's hope. hang in there. it may take a few hours still, esp to make it to the coastal area.

It probably won't end until the late evening. I have 5.8" inches of snow now with alot of icing that the plow can't get. Over 30 accidents up here.

Just out side in Rutherford and I don't see this changing to rain, it's cold, not sure the temp, but I would say staying sleet to maybe snow later....can be a bad ride home from work if you stay till 4/5pm..

i just got back inside from cleaning off my car... its like 2" of sleet here and it feels wierd walking on it. it probably has the same liquid equivelant as 8-12" of snow. it will have a tougher time melting when the sun comes out than if it was 2" of fluffy snow
