I don't think we will see another storm this winter with these totals!!!!!!!

I seriously doubt that Scranton had 4" QPF. That's probably a bad doppler estimate as it doesn't deal with sleet well or tiny tropical rain drops in summer. It overdoes the former and underdoes the latter.
