I think the Steelers will win as well. The running game for the Steelers will be too good for the Giants.

Steelers running game is average w/o parker. And the giants have the best run defense in the leauge!

I can definitely see this being a 10-7 type game. Both teams have defenses that can be overwhelming at times. Look for a lot of running plays in this one. It'll probably come down to who takes better care of the football.

But both offenses are better than a 10-7 game also. I don't see it being a high-scoring game, maybe something like 21-14.

to many injuries for pitt to over come. who would have thought the biggest injury would be to the long snapper.

As much as I hate the Giants I have to say that they won a good game. If the Cowboys weren't so confused that would be a good game for the Giants next week but it isn't. I also have to say that if the Eagles didn't screw up earlier they could be 6-1 right now. But they are making a comeback from a disappointing season thus far.

Do you happen to have tomorrow's lottery numbers also?
Very entertaining game. Big gut-check for the Giants and they passed the test. Of course, the bad snap on the punt that led to a safety didn't hurt. However, the Giants also got some bad calls (refs are atrocious) so it was high time that they got some sort of break. That pass to Toomer on 4th and 6 was huge. I don't know if they win the game without that play.

Yeah if Toomer doesn't catch that ball then that "punt" doesn't get screwed up. And my prediction goes down the drain.

agree with that. its been tough injury wise for pitt. we did hold jacobs to 47 yards and numerous redzone defenses. eli sure is coming around. the best thing was to rid themselves of shockey as he was holding back eli. without parker we sure are hurting and then that snap, just put the nail in the coffin. good thing for the giants gettin some luck with key injuries this week and next with romo being out.

Crazy as this might sound, at this point, I wouldn't mind if they thought about cutting ties with Burress either. If he's not producing, he's too much of a headache to deal with. He's the type of guy who could tear a team apart, a la T.O. He's an amazing talent, but I don't think his head is screwed on straight. It almost seems like he behaved last year and played well just to get his big contract; now he's back to being a malcontent. The Giants have a ton of depth at wide receiver and I think Eli has a bad habit of trying to force the ball to Burress when he's in there. I can understand why the Steelers let him go so easily.
