The Michigan State Police are cracking down on speeders heading into Detroit. For the first offense, they give you two Detroit Lions tickets.. If you get stopped a second time, they make you use them.

I was listening to 1050 ESPN yesterday and a caller made a funny remark. He said that if the Detroit Lions and New York Knicks played against each other in any sport, both of them would probably lose. It's just mind-blowing to think about how inept the Lions are.

That was a horrible game on Thanksgiving. The Lions looked flat out embarrassing out there and a lot of empty seats!

I seriously think this is the single worst team I have seen in my 30+ years of watching football.

The '76 Bucs might have something to say about that, but they're definitely among the worst. There haven't been too many franchises in sports who have been this bad for this long, though.

76-77the expansion Bucs lost thier first 26 games before getting the 1st franchise wint,they went 0-14 in '76 and started off 0-12 in '77.They were shutout in 11 of those 26 loses(5 in '76,6 in '77)


The 1980 (Archie Manning)Saints were a pretty awful team also. 1-15,only win was against the Jets.Remember that game very well.Richard Todd rain for along touchdown run late in the game to take the lead,but Saints came right back and scored in the final minute to take a 1 point lead and held on to win 21-20

I wasn't alive during that time but I picked stats on them and they were outscored 412-125 the whole season (14 game season).
