Not to sound like a broken record, but can it stall?

If this holds and strengthens were in the money, I still don't understand why people are saying this was a bust of a storm. All the rain that I had is now frozen into a sheet of ice.

Yankee2274-- It is very unlikely for one of these squalls to stall over us.

I'm in Bethlehem, PA, about 20 miles west of the NJ border. It was sunny here about 30 minutes ago, now the skies have darkened and greyed once again and it looks like the skies are about to open up once again. Judging by the radar, I'd say it should start snowing here very shortly. I'll let you know if/when it starts snowing again.
