Accu-Town, USA. (keep the booing and hissing to a minimum, please)
State College started as a mix of sleet and snow at 6:10 a.m. before the "noisy stuff" went away and we had about 0.25" of snow... as of 8:30, we've had about 0.5" inches of snow beaten down by more sleet -- it is currently 30 degrees

Up a degree to 35 in the past hour. Cloudy.
Looking at radar, I suspect this will be one of those storms that goes from nothing to coming down pretty hard in a short amount of time.
FWIW, there is a difference in the radar r/s lines on TWC versus AW. AW is still down near 195 and TWC is farther north and near the mouth of the Raritan River. Not a large mix zone on either.

Just to keep you all informed on what is happening 200 miles "upstream", and what may tend to trickle your way between now and 12 noon >> S.C. Pa. has changed back to snow again... A moderate intensity, and 30 degrees... Still less than an inch of new snow as of 9:10, but we're expecting a solid 3" by 2 p.m.
