I ventured out to gas station just to get out of the house, roads were pretty bad, I wanted to get some icecream for kids, and they told me that as of 6PM, only emergency cars will be allowed on the roads.  I do not think even they expected this after having such a mild winter.  (SUllivan County)

Yeah out here in Suffolk Co. no trucks are allowed to drive on the expressway, they are all pulled off onto the side of the road
