With half this month over, Central Park is some 7 or 8 degrees below average. With no real wrming due for at least another week or so, this will probably be the coldest February in almost 30 years.

It all depends on the end of the month and how dramatic the forecasted warm-up is.  It sounds like the real deal; Lee Goldberg said last night that he would keep advertising it, even though it's a good 8 days away.
