Good info, Summer.

At least we shouldn't have drought issues this summer.  We usually get a good amount of rain in the spring, so we should be running at a solid surplus.

Still find it amazing that we're above normal for the year so far, despite the fact that it's been so cold since mid-January.  Just goes to show how amazing that blowtorch at the beginning of the year was.

I did a quick estimate earlier and this is even colder than what I estimated. Should be coldest February since 1979.

With the resevoir level right now at 93%, we will probably need at least average rainfall for the spring, because with the lack of snowfall this winter, we will not get the runoff which usually fills the resevoirs as the season progresses.

Rivers will be running low this spring due to the snowless winter we have been having which means crummy Delaware River Rafting this go around. Hopefully we get a wet spring to bump up those rivers..
