One 90 degree day won't warm the ocean to a comfortable temperature. As you said it takes a few weeks.

You actually want a lof of east winds, which is cool land temps to warm the ocean. The water is a lot warmer well out to sea than near the shoreline and east winds trannsports those currents to shore. Offshore winds and hot land temps in spring actually delay the warming of the ocean near the shoreline.

if you get a bunch of friends to go you can all pee in the ocean and that will help warm it up for you.
