Restrictions at the NYC beaches this weekend.

You are allowed to go on the sand but you are not allowed to go in the water until Monday. This is due to Hurricane Bill. Why not close the entire beach, instead of the water.

This way there will still be lifeguards. It might actually keep people out of the water then. If no one was there, people would go in anyway. Plus now you can go down and get some pictures for us :yawn:
