IMHO, the strength of El Nino in December and early January killed us this year. That's when we had lots of precip coming up the coast but it was just too damn warm. If it were a normal winter with no anamolies in the intensity of El Nino, we might have had some decent snow totals.

Oh please. You were spared this winter Terry. 6 or so inches of snow and a blowtorch Dec/Jan. Cold Feb, big deal. Even you could hadle that (i hope).
