Up 36% from last year and third highest Masters ratings ever. This is good but nothing compared to the hype I heard the week before the Masters. I was hearing along the lines of it may be the highest TV rating ever matching the Super Bowl. Not even close. Not even the highest Golf Tourney rating ever. I think it is another example of media playing up the Tiger Woods thing like everyone was on the edge of their seat waiting to here all the latest news about him and his life. Just is not so.

George Carlin said that watching golf on TV is like watching flies f--k. Unless Tiger was going to have an entourage any idea this was top the Super Bowl was nuts
