As of 8:07pm snow advisory no longer in effect
WWA until 8am friday then WSW in effect until
8am sat!!! At least I finally get the warning!!!! :D :D :D :D :D

yah its pretty horrible right now, not even an advisory for monmouth, mercer, or middlesex when staten island is forecasted to get 6-10 inches right now.

only reason for the warning is because of the more mixing thats going to take place.

ALthough we have not had any precipitation for a few hours now, it seems like it has warmed up, we are at 35, with a wind chill of 28, a few degrees higher than at 5PM, is this the calm before the storm? In my local grocery store, the entrance way earlier had tons of bags of melt, and when I ran in to get some milk before it was 1/2 gone...LOL, I am sure they are happy. We did have earlier snow/sleet/rain/snow/sleet, but now seems like a clearing.
