I never had much respet for Mt Holly in our area. they really s/b south NJ and Philly. The little respect I had was completely lost in the Valentines day storm.

March storm are so hard to predict. My thinking is NW NJ is going to be hardest hit and there could be huge snow totals up there. If the storm tracks more east then Monmouth county is actually in great shape. Eastern LI thru Nantucket almost looks hopeless in this storm unless the track shifts much further east.

ice unless the storm tracks east even nw areas will have alot of sleet mixed in.  Unless theres a huge front end dump or alot of dynamic cooling I see a big sleet strom on tap

RGW - nothing would surprise me with this storm. It's mid March and it's borderline conditions in a dreadful winter for snowlovers. The fact that sleet is showing up early is not a good or bad sign IMO because if the track of the storm is too far west it'll warm the upper atmosphere right back up. There are only a handful of mid March storms you'll see over your lifetime that are cut and dried and this ain't one of them.

Mount Holly has recently issued winter storm warnings for their three northern NJ counties, effective 8:00 am Friday to Saturday morning.
