Jbcnn,yes you could definatly use some of the videos,please credit frederick furneaux(pronounced ferno).If it gets on air,is it possible for me to get a copy.
snowfreak,I was around there between 11:30am-1:30pm.Went back out lastnight to Freeport and the flooding was pretty bad,I took some pics and will post them later tonight.

Thank you very much for promission to use your video. I'm sorry to tell you that our producers felt it necassary to remove them from the package. I believe it was a legal issue. Sorry.

Just curiouse,why was it a legal probelm if I gave permission,and they were videos I shot by myself?

To be completely honest, I have no idea. The way I-Report works is I send the video package to CNN Center in Atlanta via the Internet. They said they weren't sure if we could use it (and I sent them the link to this conversation) so they asked me to send a verison of the package wo it. Sorry again.
