We're still dealing with the remnants of the nor'easter..Was driving to BKLYN this morning and noticed omnious looking clouds in NJ/Staten Island area and when I looked @ radar, there was heavy showers moving toward Central NJ.

Just drove thru that area Geek. just sprinkles. Just a little sun and a non-east wind and it's 60 here. Major riule of spring weather is if there's sun and the winds are any direction but east it'll be warmer than forecast temps 90% of the time. I'll bet we get to 75 this weekend. The exceptions to that rule are highly unstable NW windy days.

I live and work on Staten Island but didn't notice any rain.  Must have been very light drizzle if anything.  It was very overcast most of the day though.  But around 4 there were some breaks in the clouds and I actually saw some blue sky.  I even saw some sunshine, albeit briefly.

definitly still feeling the affects here in souther queens. the howard/hamilton beach area is still getting flooded on every high tide since sunday night. thank god i moved my car in time tonight
