LOL, I saw mine this morning and I'm just hoping it happens! No rain for a week would be nice.

Sat - remember how we discussed - a week ago - how within a  week of a storm that goes out to sea due east (rather than riding into the Candian maritimes) you have big warm-ups. Cold air is cutoff and usually a SE ridge develops. It happens often and this is quite similar to what happened after the blizzard of 2006. We got to 70 then and that was February. We likely top 80 in a few places Sunday and many places Monday. It's almost late April with a strong sun heating west winds. High temps are almost always under-forecasted in that situation until we get right on top of the warmth, and sometimes even then. TWC had me in the 50's this weekend as recently as Wednesday and I was wondering what they smoking.

Yes I do remember.  And I believed you.  It's just that actually seeing that forecast after what we've had is a shock to the system LOL.

What a turnaround!!  This warmup has never been more welcome after all the drab and chilly weather we've had over the last 2 weeks or more.  Spring has finally sprung!  ;D

I just stepped outside and it's gorgeous outside!!!  What a beautiful day this is going to be  ;D

Yes, the weekend looks spectacular.  You always appreciate the nice days more after going through a long stretch of crappy weather.

What a beautiful day! Crystal blue skies with the temp at 65.

This is how the weather should be everyday of the year. heh

I woke up this morning a saw this bright ball in the ski.  I could not figure out what the hell it was.  To top it off the sky was some strange color, blue  :o  It has been something like 2+ weeks since I saw any of these things.  ;D

We have every window in the house open giving it a good airing. So nice to be able to do this!

Am up here in Syracuse. Didn't see any snow on the ground until maybe Cortland. Still some small piles around in parking lots here, but you would never know they had a snow storm here. I'll tell you one thing, all along the ride you could see how swollen the rivers and streams are. Nearly drove off the rode spectating!  :D  LOL Looking forward to a lovely day in Syracuse tomorrow watching some soccer!

Keep your eyes on the road! LOL
Was in the car w/ my cuz and a deer must have just been hit and I almost hit the headless carcas (DISGUSTING), and almost lost control of the car. Those damn things see the headlights and freeze.

Hence the term "deer in the headlights", lol!

Seriously, those guys are dangerous and they come out of nowhere.  Beautiful animals but they can do a crapload of damage.
