that the entire area no matter what is in for at least SOME accumulating snows, and not just the 1-2" crap we've been getting? that's all I need to know.  its OK if it turns to rain as long as there's snow at the start. btw NOAA says the heaviest snow will be up front, tuesday night, before the changeover
