Who knows...there is no definitive answer to that question 'til the storm is bombing out in the Gulf of Maine.
IMO--This is going to be a down to the wire event--nowcasting will tell the tale (where rain/snow line sets up) and more importantly, pressure falls along the coast indicative of a secondary low gathering strength (the secondary low begins to develop and drags air down from SE Canada into its core). I am praying that the JMA is not on crack..
