Umm is Philadelphia in the 6-12 or the 2-4.. what happen to the 5 inches possible?

philly would be in the 12+ but on the lower side like 12-14in also remember this is based on the JMA

I believe the JMA (Japanese Model) is updated only once daily and it has a horrible track record but occasionally nails a storm before other models even show it's there & well in advance.
