..Now, you can stop whining about when are we gonna get our first snow here in the Tri-State. Now I would like to know the latest on when the heck will the warmth come back?  I mean as to what people are calling for a warmer mid-end Dec. I was outside yesterday waiting for the train, and my hands got frost bite. Its too cold, especially with the wind chill. I can't wait til Spring and talk of heat index.
