today he essentially said "winter is over for much of the East"

but a few weeks ago he made it CLEAR that while it would be a warm winter, there would still be wintery events and snow in the East.


hmmmmmmm..  sounds a little extreme.  i dont buy it

you'll never EVER see the words "slightly" or "near average" used in any of his outlooks. lol
