this, Henry saying;
3. In the longer range, the Plains and western Great Lakes get blasted by a series of storms with the potential for some major snow and ice. In the ultra-long range, the GFS continues to hint a major storm along the coast around the 17th and with the NAO going negative at that time, I am sniffing out the makings of an eastern snowstorm...

He's actaully saying a big one 2 weeks out........lol.....

Ten days out he'll start using his "storm of biblical proportions" line.

He's reading the GFS. In case no one ever realized it that's all Henry really does. The storm on the 17th and 18th is now a lake cutter on that GFS.  On the 6Z it was out in the ocean. Unfortunately La nina holds sway with an unfriendly Atlantic and that will continue to make the lakes a heavy favorite in tracks for any major storm.
