Showers and thunderstorms. Some thunderstorms may be severe. Lows 55 to 60. South winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts to around 30 mph. Chance of precipitation 90 percent.

Mostly cloudy with a 40 percent chance of morning...then clearing and cooler in the afternoon. Highs 65 to 70. Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph.

A 40% chance of morning, which means a 60% chance it may not come!

I for one would love to be staying ocean side in Panama City with temps like that. I personally like great thunderstorms especially over the water. I've spent most of my life in south FL, so I enjoy the thunder and amazing lightning.
