If you go to wunderground and then to Glen Falls NY, click on the webcam image. It shows an up to date picture, a quiet street and plenty of snow, it looks nice.

I love going up there,especially in the summer. It is a very nice place to visit.

Never been there but I heard its very nice. One of my favorite places upstate I love going to is Cooperstown

Cooperstown is a nice little town. Also if you go just a little north of glens falls is lake george. lots to do there.

I love Lake George too. I go there once in a while. I tried Para Sailing for the first time over there. That was friggin scary. The best thing was the wax museum.

A fresh blanket of white on top of a deep snow cover always looks awesome. It's not cold there at all yet that area picked up a lot of snow in daylight indicating a lot of intensity in the precip. The storm stayed a lot further south and turned north further east thereby largely missing western NY and pushing heavier snows east to the Catskills on north. I think Albany stayed all snow and actually should have been under a WSW today instead of a snow advisory. Precip really heavy near the Mass coast as rain and all tht is headed into Maine. Bangor to Caribou gets the real big stuff and Houlton may end up being the biggest bullseye in this storm.
