I am presently watching a National Geographic show on ice and the earth. They were at the poles and showing the ice that can be 2 miles thick. They said you might think this is the common landscape at the poles but the fact is for 90% of the earths history it has been completely ice free. For those that feel Global Warming is man made---90% of the earths history has been completely ice free. This is what makes me doubt how much man is changing the earths temperature. Seems like we live in unusual times---we have ice.

Al Gore thinks Earths' whole history has occurred in his lifetime. Never have I seen a man say so much about something he understands so little.

Completely agree. How did a lifelong politician suddenly become a climatology expert? The sad thing is, so many people take his word as gospel and follow him like sheep. I don't understand it.

Hey...we're not just talking about any ordinary lifelong politician here. Remember, this is the man who invented the internet!
