Really nice Sat, today was a gorgeous day, did you and your wife have a romantic picnic on the snow covered benches? LOL about geek.  Great shots!

nice pics sat. one question, do they still have snow guns there.  I know a few years ago they use to blow the snow.

Snowamp - we did actually!  We had sandwiches right on the beach!

Normally I thought they do but it didn't seem like this time.  I know they groomed a few trails.  It may not have been worth it for them to have the snow guns this year since they only opened yesterday.  Then again since they just opened maybe they didn't have them set up yet.  Not sure though.

Sat excellent pictures. I was @ Mountain Creek today but didn't take any photos. Funny you thought of me when you took that pic because everytime I saw High Point Monument, I thought to myself that Bryan must be having fun @ HP. Glad to had a good time.

What a gorgeous day for skiing. Mountain Creek was in great shape. Very crowded though.
I got there in 64 miles (1 hr 15 mins) which is excellent and got home in 1 hr 10 mins. No traffic @ all and I was in the left lane the whole time on 80.

Were you able to talk across Lake Marcia? It looks frozen solid. We got on the slopes @ 930 and were exhausted come 330. Long day.

SNOWAMP--How was holiday? When are you going to Bellayre?

WG - that's funny you were thinking that.  Yeah it was a perfect day.  Started out just a little on the cold side (I did see it was only 3 in sussex when i left early this morning).  Glad you guys had fun.  That is incredible time you made it in!  Yeah the lake is frozen solid.  We skied across it a few times.
